Why I Wrote The ABCs of Law School

I dreamed of becoming an attorney, but my first year of law school was nothing like I imagined. I had to learn how to prepare for class, study effectively, and handle the pressure. Yoga helped me find moments to pause, focus, and keep going.

After practicing law, I became an author and yoga teacher. Years later, I returned to the manuscript I had started for the students following in my footsteps. I wrote The ABCs of Law School to share the guidance I wish I’d had during my first year.
